Virender Sehwag - Initiated to Provide Educational Expenses of Pulwama Terror Attack Martyrs' Children





The captain of Indian Cricket Captain-Virat Kohli also rescheduled the Indian Sports Honours as a sign of tribute to CRPF jawans martyred in a terrorist attack of Jammu-Kashmir’s Pulwama disctrict.

Former Indian crickter Virender Sehwag, owning in his international school in Jhajjhar, came forward and announce his grief by spournering the educational expenses of children of all the martyred’s CRPF jawans in the deadliest Pulwama terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir.

Sehwag wrote from his twitter handle. “Nothing we can do will be enough, but the least I can do is offer to take complete care of the education of the children of our brave CRPF jawans martyred in #Pulwama in my Sehwag International School @SehwagSchool, Jhajjar. Saubhagya hoga,”


This life-threating terrorist attack took place on thursday in which around 40 CRPF soldiers were killed and many were hardly wounded in a suicide attack. The Pulwama attack striked in three decades in the valley.

Meanwhile, the RP-SG Indian Sports Honours that was going to held on Sunday night has been reshcedule by indian captain, Virat Kohli paying deep condolencesas CRPF soilders martyred in Pulwama terror attack.

Other sportspeople also joined such as Saina Nehwal, badminton player, Sushil Kumar-wrestlers, Babita and Geeta Phogat in expressing their sympathies and praying for RIP CRPF Jawans.

“I’m donating my one month’s salary for the martyrs of #PulwamaTerrorAttack and want everyone to come forward and support the families. It is our moral duty to always standby them and make them feel proud of their sacrifices. Jai Hind,” Vijender Singh wrote on Twitter.

Thus, there were a lot of prayers offered on social media by the Indian sports family.
